Villa Seunodos Reviews

Stunning villa in a peaceful location. 5 min walk to a good supermarket, a few decent restaurants and a fine beach. Photos don't do justice to the villa and don't reflect the overall quality and space. Heartily recommend to families and groups of couples looking for hotel standards of accommodation with the privacy of a villa. Disabled well catered for throughout. Absolutely impossible to get bored regardless of interests due to the available facilities. 100% secure. Heated pool a valuable bonus during off-season.
Downsides.............none worth mentioning (barbeque maybe for the rif-raf)

WOW! If this is how the other half live then give me more. This Villa is in a class of its own. My family has stayed in all three Villa of dreams properties and we all agree this is fabulous.

Beautiful Villa with everything you could possible want. The children loved the Jacuzzi jets in the pool, the cinema, and especially the Nintendo Wii, which is very handy on a dull day. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the private terrace from the master bedroom, a quiet sanctuary away from the children, where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine. The interior of the villa is 5 star and we would definitely recommend to all our friends and family.

We couldn’t believe our luck when we arrived, it was all the things the advertisement said it was, now that's a first for us.
The furnishings, well, they are better than we have in our own home and that swimming pool, just fabulous, we couldn't get the children out of it, can you imagine a pool heated to 28 degrees with an entrance like a beach and then there are seats built-in with water jets each side and to top all of that a pummelling waterfall, well it was wonderful. There's a cinema inside, we thought it would be a big TV in a separate room but, none of that, it was a proper cinema with reclining seats surround sound and all! All of this and we were only 6 or 7 minutes from the beach, with restaurants, a supermarket, taxi rank Oh! I forgot to mention there is a lift inside as well so no stairs to carry our heavy bags up. Thanks Bill it's better than you told us it was.

Stayed here in July 2008, this villa is amazing 5* plus, it had everything you could ask for and more, we barely left the place! Squash court, gym, cinema, hot tub, steam pod, sauna, table tennis, Wii and when we did venture out there was a nice selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as the beach. This isn't just any old villa it really is a villa of dreams, worth every penny. Don't even hesitate.

I booked the Villa Seunodos as a surprise for my wife and our 4 children, the objective was for a relaxing mini break where we could do as much or little as we wanted. From the on line brochure and having chatted to the owner I felt confident that the villa would suit the needs of my wife and young children. The villa is ideally situated, nestled in the hillside of Costa Mijas, it generates a feeling of luxury, space and security. I would certainly recommend this villa to all family & friends. If you are looking for a villa that caters for the luxury end of the market then look no further, you won’t be disappointed.

My friends and I recently returned from Villa Seunodos in July and we had a fantastic time. The villa is a short transfer from Malaga airport and once you’ve arrived, you have everything you need. This really is a first class villa, designed and managed extremely well. This villa has everything from your own outdoor pool, squash court, cinema room and gym. Should you wish to venture out; the beach is a short walk, passing the local shops which are well stocked with everything you need. Stroll along the beach towards Mijas and you'll find coffee shops, bakers, bars and restaurants and larger supermarkets. We will definitely be returning.

A superb Villa, everything you need for a great holiday. The kids loved the pool cinema (expected a small room with a 50 inch screen .....not a bit of it 8 luxury leather recliners with a 3.0 mtr screen and surround sound. Shops were within easy walking distance, as was the beach. Everything about this Villa was quality, would happily recommend.

We spent a weeks family holiday (2 teenage sons) at this villa in April 2011 and the villa was superb real first class luxury and amenities. The villa is close to the airport but in a peaceful location. We will certainly consider returning to the villa and as such would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this villa!

We were a party of 8 (2 kids under 10, both sets of grandparents and ourselves) and there were times when I wondered where everyone were as it was so quiet by the pool, only to find some in the cinema room, some playing table table tennis in the gym and some in the wet room! The facilities and finishes within the villa were top class and not what I would have expected in a villa rental. It was clean and well maintained. Location of the villa was excellent, 30 mins from Malaga airport, with shops, restaurants and beach just a short distance away. The villa is very wheelchair friendly as it has a modern lift which services all three floors, wide doors and ramps everywhere. Downside - the Squash court was not full size, but it was enough to hit the ball around and introduce my son to squash. I would definitely recommend this villa to our friends and family.

We enjoyed our Holidays. It will be unforgettable. A really comfortable place. We can only recommend this Villa.

Our holiday was during the february half term when Malaga is out of season. The location was very quiet, yet very close to restaurants, supermarkets and beach. The house itself allowed our three boys to have fun in great comfort.…whether in sunshine, or watching a movie, or playing squash, table-tennis or pool…or relaxing in the sauna / jacuzzi. Each room had its own en-suite so no queuing for the bathroom. The pool area faces due south so was sunny all day long. The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. The manager was very attentive and responded very quickly with any issues. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Though we did use it, the pool was not quite as warm as we thought it might have been, but that is probably because we were there in February.

Perfect. . . . . Just spent a wonderful time at this amazing villa, the description is accurate but doesn't do it justice, seeing is believing!! I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa, it was absolutely fantastic, so comfortable with lots of luxury touches, in a peaceful but close to lots of action location with a great supermarket a few minutes walk away. The owners really have thought of everything, really well managed, spotlessly clean, well equipped and I would most definitely return time and time again.

This was my first stay at this property and I have to say it was amazing. Every part of the Villa is to a high standard...no Euro's were spared when this was built. It is set in a quiet road but close to La cala. All the bedrooms have TV with a choice of hundreds of movies if you fancy some quiet time away on your own. The squash court and gym is a great area as is the Sauna and hot tub. The cinema room is very decadent and my niece spent evenings in there feeling very grown up being able to go the cinema on her own! We ate in and had BBQ's as the kitchen facilities are way above your usual standard. The seating area outside is a perfect location to sit, eat, talk and share good wine. I have stayed at all of the Villas owned by this couple and they all deliver the location for a perfect holiday..Enjoy..I did.

The villa is quite decieving from the outside but once inside our minds were blown! The kids were never out of the pool and the cinema was a god send on a night time. Most relaxing holidey ever had and definately booking again next year.

An absolutely fantastic villa that lives up to every word in the reviews.

We spent a great week here in August and have already booked our return visit.
The villa is situated in a quiet elevated location set opposite mature gardens and very tranquil.
The owners have put a lot of thought into the design with regard to layout , comfort, and access and created a very welcoming place to stay.
We spoke with the owners on a number of occasions prior to our arrival and it was real pleasure to find people so helpful and knowledgeable about the local area

Our party of 8 ranged in age from 10 to 80 and everyone really enjoyed themselves. The pool is very inviting and the graduated slope into the pool rather than steps makes it very easy to wade into or just splash in the shallows. Once again the design offers an ample sunbathing area or cooler shaded seating areas for those hot Spanish afternoon siestas, and of course if it gets too hot you can always take some time out in the air conditioned cinema, Children and adults alike found themselves reacquainting with Star wars as well as some of the latest releases, certainly no need to take your own DVDs or fill your Ipads with lots of movies.

We had the benefit of arriving before the rest of our party and really struggled to decide which room to opt for as all had a variety of attributes ranging from French doors direct to the pool, 1st floor sunbathing terrace, indoor / outdoor hot tub, the additional benefit of the lift also made it far easier for getting those cases upstairs and quick access to the Gym if you were looking for an easy start to your workout.
The villa is also well situated to a good variety of restaurants and bars as well as a well stocked local supermarket capable of providing all your needs for your stay without having to waste half a day in some hyper market. Everything was a short walk away and five minutes further on from the local bars you will find the beach and some great hotels with very good restaurants if you want to have a bigger night out.

A car would have been a waste of time and the transfer by taxi from Malaga was made easy due to local knowledge once again from the owners.

Villa Suenodos is the sort of place you can happily while away your day in the sun by the pool and enjoy listening to the cicadas while dining and relaxing with good company late into a perfect Spanish evening.... and isn't that why we go on holiday

This was the third time i have stayed in this villa. We love it, Marie always gets back to us quickly during the booking process. Raffa is always on hand in Spain to assist when required. Top class villa, best we have ever stayed in.

Just about perfect

We used the villa to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday so we were a diverse family. My husband and I took the master suite with the fabulous sun drenched private balcony with indoor/outdoor hot spa. This looks directly over the pool and is directly above the shaded patio area. Siting under the stars each evening with a bottle of Spanish cava is a perfect way to end a long lazy sunny Spanish day. My daughter, her partner and our 4 year old granddaugher had their own wing with 2 bedrooms! This meant those upstairs could remain undisturbed for long lie in's:) Our son and his girlfriend took the final bedroom, a twin above the kitchen with a beautiful glass walled bathroom - this was the smallest of the bedroom accommodation but was just about big enough with a Romeo & Juliet balcony over the pool. Kitchen was well equipped although the oven being next to the fridge meant you had to be careful that the doors weren't opened together. The patio area directly off the kitchen was where we ate - we never used the large dining table in the lounge - and the covered patio area was perfect for evening cocktails. The basement is full of fun with loads to do and so the villa is healthy on the pocket as you have everything you need to keep guests entertained.
Points of constructive criticism:
1. The villa is high tech and this might be a problem for some. My hub's in IT and working the TV's even foxed him! we never used the TV in our bedroom as we couldn't get it to work. Out granddaughter loved the tech having access to all her favourite shows i.e. CBeebies, Netflix etc. Tons of movies to choose from but the quality wasn't always good. We were excited about using the cinema room but bizarrely it was the most unused facility for us.
2. The bedrooms have very little furniture other than a bed so bedside cabinets were missed, although the master suite does have them. Wardrobe space is extensive with a walk in dresser available in the master suite.
The local area is lovely with a great traditional restaurant 10 mins walk away - my son felt compelled to propose to his girlfriend there! The beach is just a little further. Costa Mijas is lovely for families and really traditional. Mijas Pueblo (village) is a must visit too. You can keep Marbella and Puerto Banus, Costa Mijas had everything we needed.
Will we use the villa again? Definitely.
Would we recommend the villa to family and friends? Definitely.
Maria (owner) was a breeze to work with and very very helpful.

We had the pleasure of visiting the villa with 3 generations of our family. It was perfect for the elderly and the young really didn't want to leave the villa The kids where in the pool for 10 hours a day with breaks to watch movies in the cinema, while the adults had the pleasure of all the gym and spa equipment. The photos didn't do it justice it was much bigger than we imagined and luxurious. Would recommend this villa to anyone, fab holiday?

This is a fabulous high spec high tech Villa in a quiet location, 5 generous bedrooms and fantastic facilities as described to keep our 3 generations of family happy. Some bars and restaurants close at hand, with La Cala de Mijas some 20- 25 min walk away with its many bars and quality restaurants. The Villa was very clean on arrival and a mid week visiting clean also helped. No hesitations in recommending this quality Villa as an excellent home away from home.

Absolutely Fabulous villa. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend staying here.
Just what we needed a nice quiet relaxing holiday. Thank you

Had a lovely holiday this Easter at the villa. Our children particularly enjoyed all the fantastic facilities - the home cinema room being a real favourite. Great location near the beach and some very nice restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here.

What a wonderful villa....great to arrive and find a place that was even better than the pictures and the description.
The location was perfect for us - walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants and a short drive to many places, including the Water Park, Puerto Banus and Mijas Pueblo. If you go to one restaurant, go to El Oceano (15 min walk) - We will remember it for the rest of our lives. The villa was spacious for 8 of us, rooms clean and tidy, beds comfortable, pool a great size, aircon in every room. And downstairs....the hot tub, the table tennis, the squash court and the cinema room. The kids were in their element!  And a final word for the owners - helpful, responsive, easy to deal with and trustworthy. If I were you, I would stop looking.
