What a superb villa! From the moment you enter its unashamed luxury. This villa has it all, excellent accommodation, beautiful pool and gardens. What’s more it’s close to all the local services. Shame I’ve only got a week!

One of the best holidays we’ve had in a long time. Very impressive Villa had absolutely everything we needed for both adults and young children. Kids spent most of the day in the gorgeous pool, in-between popping in to watch a DVD. Highly recommend the villa to all age groups. Looking forward to returning soon.

Great villa for 2 0r 3 families that want to holiday together. 10 minute walk from beach and local shops. Fantastic interior, especially the lit staircase, and all the mod cons you need. We’ve already booked in the villa for our summer holiday for next year.

What a fantastic villa, "AMAZING" This villa has everything you could ever ask for to make your holiday most enjoyable. It was so clean and kept to a very high standard. We were on holiday with another family, and between us we had six children with us, four of them are teenagers. The villa had plenty to keep them amused. The beautiful HEATED pool was a big hit, and not to mention the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna which we all enjoyed, as the weather for the first few days wasn't all that great. An added bonus which we didn't know about was the pool table and table tennis. We would highly recommend this villa to all ages. Will most definitely return again.

Villa de seunos was fab, great villa and Gary was fantastic too, we had a few little problems and without hesitation Gary was there to help.  We are looking to book again next year and the hospitality of Gary is a lot to do with that, I thought you should know how great he was and the villa is an absolute dream.

I went there for my 21st birthday and had a simply amazing time. The villa was incredible and helped set the mood for the entire holiday. I was also very impressed with the price considering the quality of the villa. It’s perfect for both young and old and i would highly recommend it.

We had a great time with our family as we celebrated our 50th weddinganniversary in the villa. The high standard, luxury and comfortable. Not enough words to discribe how special the villa is. The cleaning was very good and Peter was very helpful and friendly. A great help !

There were 9 of us staying for 5 days and we had the time of our lives. None of us had never stayed anywhere quite like this before. A lot of thought had gone into this place. There was everything you could want, and all immaculately clean and of high quality. Also the manager was very helpful the couple of times we needed to call him. It really is everything promised in the listing. I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to a return trip next year!

The house, rooms and pool was even nicer than we had hoped. It was ideal for our family trip with children and Grandchildren.

This villa really is amazing and has everything you could possibly need from the hi-tech music system to the glass feature staircase (a hit with the kids!) We stayed here with 2 other couples and their children (1-5 years) and would definitely recommend it for couples or families. The pool is fantastic and even though the weather was very warm it's great that it is heated for the little ones. The nearby beach was good and all the amenities you need are located nearby, supermarket, restaurants, snack bars etc. Although there is a hill to climb on the way back, it was no problem and we made the trip at least once per day. Peter who looks after the Villa gave us a warm welcome and was really helpful throughout our stay. A great time was had by all.

What a superb villa this is. Everything was top quality from the bathroom fittings to the B&O sound system. The pool was heated to 28c for us which was lovely for April even though the weather was beautiful for us as well. Peter who looks after the villa was a lovely chap with nothing being too much trouble for him to sort out. All in all, we had a fantastic time and we will return and stay again soon.

The villa was everything that we expected and more, we are a family of 10 consisting 3 generations, aged from 65 years to a 5 year old and a 21 month child and everything in between. The villa was very spacious and catered for everyone. The pool was brilliant, lovely and warm and with the gentle slope into the pool it was great for the little one to sit in the water and play. Peter the manager was there to greet us when we arrived and explained everything to us in detail, he was very helpful and we knew he could easily be contacted if there was anything that we needed. There was a supermarket, restaurants and the beach a short walk away. We would certainly recommend the property and hope to return again.

Firstly Marie the owner was so friendly and helpful as we booked at short notice no question or enquiry was too small, When we arrived Peter was there to meet us and was so helpful showed us around and was on the other end of the phone if we needed anything! The villa is out of this world and has everything you need for a perfect holiday with family and friends. Don't think I'll be able to stay in a hotel again.
We will definitely be returning and will recommend it to other family and friends.

The villa was very modern and had rooms for all of our group ( 4 adults and 6 teens). The bathrooms were spacious and so did the whole house. The jacuzzi downstairs was a hit for our teens and the boys loved the sauna (Finnish people can not live without it ;)). The pool outside was cold at first but the problem was fixed soon and the rest of our holiday we enjoyed the sun and nice, refreshing swims. There were 2 fridges in the kitchen which allowed us to buy a lot of food and refreshments for a couple of days from Lidl which was very near. The taxi Mijas was very helpful and cheap way to get a transportation from and to the villa. We used to walk to the nearby restaurant in the evenings for a dinner. Overall the villa was clean and had all what we had expected. Marie and William were very helpful and nice people from the booking to the end of our stay.

Initial impressions of the villa on arrival were muted, but as soon as the front door is opened...wow! Huge openplan living area, leading onto patio area. The pool was a nice size, tad too warm for me ( 31 degrees), but easily accessible for the elderly & young. The spiral staircase id the centrepiece of the villa and a great photo opportunity. Hidden in the depths of the villa resides a large hot tub, steam room and 'games room' - converted garage. The local ameneties are a short walk away, but do require an uphill walk back to the villa. The local area is stunning with great beaches etc.As 10 of us went the villa represented great value for money, and I'll almost certainly book again, the owner Marie is very co operative and communications throughout were outstanding

We were a party of eight consisting of 3 generations. The villa was (as stated) luxurious and catered for all our needs. It was very spacious and allowed us all to have our own space when required, whether it was in the pool or the gym or lounge. It was clean and well maintained. The local facilities were very good, especially the Lidl supermarket which enabled us to stock up the two fridges quite cheaply. Both the manager Raffa and Marie (the owner) were extremely helpful (from start to finish). We would definitively recommend it.

We stayed at the villa over Christmas and New Year's Eve - three generations of a family. The villa was a cosy and classy "home" for this time. We simply loved it! The sleeping rooms have fantastic views. The complete kitchen equipment and cooking utensils allowed us to cook great food. There was one not so good memory though - I lost most of my billiard games! We had a brilliant time!

The villa was everything that we expected and more, it definitely surpasses the description given on the website. We stayed with our adult children and their partners for a week in June. The villa with its pool and great facilities was excellent and its location is in La Cala is perfect for a family holiday. We were given a great welcome by Raffa the local manager and the villa was presented spotlessly clean. There are great local amenities, including a nearby beach, local supermarket, snack bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it to our friends.
